This is a good hotel. only 3 minutes walk from Metro Lumiere. The air conditioning is not the best here for cooling , but I think that is a problem with most Paris hotels they are experts in heating the room but not in cooling the room because global warming and hot summers are a recent phenomena for Europe and hotels are yet to learn how to deal with it . In a bit upmarket hotels they will have temperature control knobs in the rooms but not here , being a budget hotel. However , it is clean , good and value for money. An advice to the Paris hotels in general ...The door of the Toilets should be a full & proper door , what is the point in saving money in such a door ?

All the attendants are very unprepared for answers questions about the hotel. They are unpolite for answers simples questions. I don't recommend this hotel because of the rude treatment in my stay in Paris.

Hotel and rooms are ok. Not 5 star, you get what you pay for. It takes a little habituation to sleep in a dubble bed with one big only. Breakfast could use a little "charcuteri", to spice up the experience.

Excellent breakfast, many options of food; Good location, metro station near the hotel; Room not very clean; Bathroom box with water leak. Good price. Many restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel.

Good, Its the budget stay not much far away from city centre, if you want to stay in paris in minimum cost but closure to the city, this is the good place, metro station is very near by, good connectivity

Well maintained and clean property. Close to metro station, and is ideal for budget stay. Wifi was working well, small rooms with well utilized space. Only negative was non availability of storage space.

The Property was poor but well maintained. To our surprise, there was no AC in the room unlike other Ibis budget hotels. The staff also didn't respond properly when asked for help regarding the room. There was not much varieties in the Breakfast. It was very average. Overall did not enjoy much like we enjoyed in Ibis budget Zurich.

Best location but breakfast is not worthy. The rooms are good but no cooler or fan. Very commutable place and nice restaurants surrounding. Metro is in 100 mts and nice tourist places surrounding. Good to opt.

Room was usual for Ibis budget, although needed a really good clean. Breakfast was basic but edible. Parking was a mess with a rule that said despite people leaving at 8am no one could take their space until after midday. We found out ourselves that parking on the road out front is free overnight. Basin de la Villette was fantastic and the brewpub a real find.

Staff was serving as if they would be making us a favor. Breakfast was a disaster. Same member of staff requested my ID for hair drier even previous customer was not required. Lift didn't work. Cleaner opened my rooms door when I was naked even warning was outside. Rooms are noisy. Me shower's door was broken from floor sealing and I couldn't take a shower without flooding my room. I complained with staff and woman just looked at me like "that's not my problem" and didn't offer any sort of compensation nor explanation. I will never ever stay in any IBIS chain in my life. They ruined my so long expected holidays in Paris.

I feel comfortable stay and the best part of this hotel is the staff which is too friendly . . . . . The location is also good since it's close to Metro and connects through out . . . There are nice restaurants around and cafes too and underneath you have big carrefour

- parking Garage (limited number of lots) - next to large Carrefour Supermarket - 10 minutes from Bvd. Périphérique (Porte de Pantin), 200 metres from metro Laumière (line 5) - simple, clean, okay for 1-3 nights

It is near the metro station Laumiere walking about 5 minutes. It is also great that it is also closed to the city store that is convinient. Though it is far to the downtown but it is reasonable to pay with thhis price.

I was looking for a quiet, budget place, in the Northern part of Paris, but still not far from the city centre. This hotel has nearby metro stations, a canal where you can watch locals enjoying games and sports in the evening. One can enjoy the view of the Eiffel tower from the room. A shop is just downstairs.

Those who would like to stay near Nord , i feel this is the nice place to stay. It has inhouse restaurent, and all things and eatables are accessible even outside. Well recommendable to nearby Metro stations.

The stay was in fact short but very good in terms of budget and accommodation quality. I enjoyed the stay. The room, the food were not expensive, and enjoyable. I would like to plan for another trip in the future, and kindly request for affordable prices.

For my totaly surprise and disappointment, there is no ar conditioner at the hotel. But in the hotel information at your website there is ar condicioner. Again, the ar condicioner is mentioned at website .And that's why I did a reservation there! It was my honeymoon and almost 30 degrees in Paris. This was not enought.. The room smells like a S...t The most noisy room I've ever stayed. I do not recommend at all. It's better pay for a hostel.

Situated in the 19th, this ibis budget is in good area, with pretty good metro access to central Paris, restaurants and a supermarket handy, plus a number of good tourist attractions within easy walking distance..Near by is the canal st Martin, a really great place to walk. or take the canal cruise to see the old Paris, the locks and the underground canal. Also handy The Parc Butte Chaumont , really one of Paris,s best parks for its interesting rock s ,ponds and waterfalls. As well the Parc De La Villete Cite de Science has many interesting things to do.Amazingly when I was visiting there were two great exhibitions on , the James bond 007, and one on the lou reed/velvet underground .I found all these atractions well worth it , plus they were attendied more by Parisians, so didn,t have the hordes of tourists that you get at places like the eiffle tower or louvre for example. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff all helpfull
